Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our services, process, and how we deliver results.
What is your core philosophy for helping businesses online?
A website should make the business easier to understand, trust, contact, and maintain. If it does not support the real operation of the business, it is not finished.
Why do you offer discounts to Mohave County businesses?
Mohave County is where I live and where my business started, so I offer local discounts as a practical way to give back. Local businesses deserve access to credible websites and digital support without being priced out from the first conversation.
Who is Jeremy Webb?
I am a solopreneur and one-man full-stack agency serving businesses with websites, hosting, maintenance, SEO, local strategy, and related digital marketing work. I have been in business for five years as of May 2026.
Are you a solo freelancer or a full agency team?
I am a solopreneur, not a hidden agency team. Clients work directly with me, and that direct accountability is part of the value.
What types of businesses do you work with?
I work with small startup mom-and-pop businesses, larger companies, local businesses, and clients outside Arizona. No business is too small, too large, or too far away when the fit is right.
Can you help with Facebook and Instagram too?
Yes. I help with Facebook and Instagram as part of the broader online presence, especially when the social presence needs to support the website and local visibility.
How do you approach SEO on a new website build?
I build SEO into the structure instead of treating it as a last-minute plugin setting. That means clear pages, useful content, local relevance, technical basics, and a site that explains the business well.
Can you take over an existing website?
Yes. I can review an existing website, identify what is worth keeping, and decide whether the smarter move is to fix, rebuild, host, or maintain it differently.
How do you keep websites maintained?
I handle the ongoing work that keeps client websites current and usable after launch. That includes maintenance, updates, fixes, and support tied to the site I built or took over.
What platforms and builders can you support?
I support WordPress, Elementor, Divi, Blocksy, Webflow, and other platforms when the project calls for them. The right choice depends on the business, the site, and who will maintain it after launch.
