Because I am a solo operator, clients work directly with the person responsible for the project. That keeps communication cleaner and reduces the handoff problems that happen when a project moves through several layers. I want the important context to come from the client and stay attached to the work. It also means questions, decisions, and adjustments do not have to travel through a chain before they reach the person building the site.
