How many websites have you built and maintained?

I have built well over 100 websites and maintain close to 200 across my own fleet and white-label client fleets. That volume has taught me what tends to break, what clients actually use, and what becomes hard to manage if it was not planned correctly. I have worked on simple small business sites, larger company sites, and ongoing maintenance situations where reliability matters more than flash. That experience shapes how I build from the beginning.
