Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our services, process, and how we deliver results.
What happens after my website launches?
For most clients, I stay involved after launch through hosting, maintenance, updates, fixes, and support. The site does not get handed off and forgotten.
How do we communicate during the project?
You communicate directly with me. There is no account manager layer between the person doing the work and the client making the decisions.
What happens during a strategy consultation?
We talk through your business, your current online presence, what is working, what is not, and what the next smart move should be. The goal is clarity, not pressure.
How hands-off can the website process be for clients?
It can be very hands-off if that is what you need. I handle the build, the technical decisions, and the follow-through while still keeping the work tied to your business goals.
What is the best way to get started?
The best first step is booking a strategy consultation through the contact page. The Google Calendar widget shows availability and creates the Google Meet link automatically.
Do you offer logos and custom graphics?
Yes. I create logos and custom graphics when a client needs stronger visual material to support the website, social presence, or broader brand.
What digital marketing services do you handle?
I handle the connected pieces that help a business show up clearly online: websites, local strategy, SEO, Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, logos, and custom graphics. The work is practical and tied to how customers actually find, judge, and contact the business.
Do you host and maintain websites after launch?
Yes. I host most client websites after launch and handle the ongoing maintenance, updates, fixes, and support that keep the site from becoming neglected.
Do you only build WordPress websites?
No. WordPress is a strong fit for many local business websites, but I am not locked into one platform or one builder.
What types of websites do you build?
I build websites around the business, not around a preset template. WordPress is a major part of my work, and I also build with Elementor, Divi, Blocksy, Webflow, and other platforms when that fits the job.
